Our sensory team offer support for people who are blind or partially sighted, Deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind. We are here to offer support for you and your family. We provide specialist, hands-on practical services tailored to your needs, from registration to rehabilitation, mobility training, support with communication and help to find the services that you need.

How we work
A referral will come through to us from your ophthalmologist, audiologist or health and social care partner. Once we have received your referral we will get in touch with you and assess your condition. We then work with you to agree on your goals and how we can work together to help you achieve them. Our main aim is to make you feel completely confident that you can continue to live an independent life.
