We’re looking for a Head of Operations – Equipment Service to lead a vital, fast-paced service that helps residents live safely and independently at home. From mobility aids to medical equipment, you’ll oversee the delivery of essential services across multiple boroughs and sites.

About the role

You’ll provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our community equipment service, managing logistics, warehousing, procurement and customer service. Leading a large, multi-site team, you’ll drive performance, continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.

This is a key senior role where you’ll:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance
  • Drive service improvement and transformation programmes
  • Manage contracts, suppliers and operational budgets
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing management team
